A BVP client kindly agreed to allow us to use this clip from her film transfers. The film shows one of the Reigate Carnivals, probably in 1972 or 73. It was filmed on Reigate Heath, on the corner of Flanchford Road near the Black Horse. The float at the beginning of the clip is British Industrial Sand (BIS). This film is silent.
